Inspired by the word “freeze” I wanted to embrace to patterns and structures of nature. The different layers of the table are connected to the ice structure as well as the age rings of the materials origin, a tree. Both stand for time and a slow process, which brings back the focus of having and appreciating a daily coffee break.
